Rachel Wemple, RDN, LD, CDCES, Wahls Protocol® Health Practitioner

With 25 years of experience as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Rachel Wemple brings unparalleled expertise in personalized nutrition to our concierge practice. As a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist and Wahls Protocol® Health Practitioner, Rachel has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve optimal health through evidence-based, individualized nutrition strategies.

Rachel’s extensive background spans multiple specialized areas including renal nutrition, diabetes management, sustainable weight loss, metabolic health optimization, insulin resistance reversal, fatty liver treatment, gut health improvement, and nutritional approaches for neurological conditions including Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, migraine and epilepsy.

What sets Rachel apart is her ability to cut through nutritional trends and misinformation to create precise, personalized plans that produce lasting results. Her approach was partly inspired by witnessing nutrition’s transformative impact on a beloved family member, deepening her commitment to this field. Patients appreciate Rachel’s knowledgeable yet approachable style, finding in her both an expert guide and a supportive partner on their health journey.

A graduate of Missouri State University with dietetic internship training completed in Augusta, GA, Rachel continuously expands her expertise to provide the most current and effective nutritional guidance available.

When not helping patients transform their health, Rachel cherishes time with her husband of 24 years, their three sons (16, 15, and 11), and family dog, Jackpot. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, and—perhaps unsurprisingly—exploring grocery stores for new nutritional finds.

“My greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping patients achieve health breakthroughs they once thought impossible. Together, we’ll create a nutrition plan as unique as you are—one that supports your specific health goals and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.”
